What are we looking for?

◼ Who can apply?

◼️ Submission Process

Mona is excited to extend an invitation to members of the builder community to participate in our Mona Grants pilot program. Those who are selected to participate will have a 3 week window to submit their proposals, which will be evaluated by a committee. Once accepted, builders will have 7 weeks to complete their projects.

Grantees will be asked to post progress through weekly updates in hosted cohort workshops.

Once completed, these projects will be used to showcase the Mona platform, onboard new grantees and attract potential grant-program sponsors.

The first cohort will play an instrumental role in fine-tuning the grantee process for future grantees and will also serve as mentors for other grantees.

◼️ A Proposal has these components:

Show us what you have in mind.

◼️ Grant Abstract

A grant abstract is a brief summary of the proposed project, usually one or two paragraphs long, that highlights the main goals, objectives, and outcomes of the project. It is meant to give the grant maker a general overview of the project and its purpose.

◼️ Grant Description

A grant description is a more detailed and comprehensive explanation of the proposed project. It includes a more in-depth explanation of the goals, objectives, and outcomes of the project, as well as information on the specific need or problem the project aims to address, the proposed methods and strategies for achieving those goals, and the expected impact and outcomes of the project.

◼️ Project Outcome

A clear, short description of all completed content for this grant such as how many VRMs, events, a space, or assets.

◼️ Timeline

Create a timeline for a grant proposal involves breaking the project down into specific, measurable tasks and milestones, and then organizing them in chronological order.
